It has been crazy around here the last couple days. Monday morning started out normally as we just did some cleaning from the weekend. About 10:30 my back started hurting (it has been bothering me for the last couple weeks). When we called the chiropractor he said we could be seen at 11:00 so we raced out the door. While in town we decided to pick up some things at Walmart (poison for the mouse of my previous post). Leaving there at 12:20 it struck me that we were supposed to be in Belfast by 1:00 for Nathaniel's dentist appointment. (a 35 minute drive) We drove to Belfast, finally ate lunch by 2:00, and ran home to get ready for guests that we were expecting for dinner.
At this point we got a phone call to do some foster care. So along with getting ready to have a family of 7 over to dinner, we also had to do some major decluttering and reorganizing of the bedrooms.
This morning we woke up to finish all those dishes from last night and clean house. We also had our first Good News Club meeting in 3 weeks this afternoon. I had to prepare the lesson for that plus bake two loaves of bread, make two pizzas for supper, take Naomi to the potty (she won't pee for Daddy yet), and get everyone to take showers.
As of tonight we are a family of 8 for a while. Tomorrow, we are going to pick up our van, which has been at the shop, so we have an extra seat. This still leaves us one seat short but we will make it work.
I may not blog for a few days as we get adjusted to the craziness here. Hope to be on soon.
